Intention

We want all members who register with Newlybride.com to have fun! The intention of this social media application platform is to provide objective advice that Newlybrides can utilize throughout their wedding planning process. It is not intended as a platform for personal attacks and destructive postings. If that is your intention in posting on this site, please do not participate in Newlybride.com’s community. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by Newlybride.com’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Rules. If we become aware that a member has violated our Terms, Rules & Etiquette, or other posted Newlybride.com policies, that member’s account may be immediately and permanently terminated, without warning or other notice. All comments, visuals, photographs, and other types of material uploaded, posted or linked by members in the application ("User Content") do not represent or reflect the opinions of Newlybride.com, its employees or affiliate companies. As such, Mezzohead Media (creators of Newlybride.com) is not responsible for any User Content. We do not represent or warrant the accuracy of any post or any product or service claims made here and do not endorse any opinions or statements expressed in any User Content.

Age Requirement

Mezzohead Media takes online safety very seriously. For this reason, you must be 16 years or older to participate in the application. You may not seek to exploit or harm children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise.

Register One Username

Due to the nature of this platform, you may not create more than one username. It is confusing to other members and does not help in building a trustworthy community.

Post a Message Only Once

Please do not post the same message more than once. That encourages good manners online and the elimination of duplicate content.

External Link Accessibility

All posted external links must be publicly accessible. Links should not lead users to another registration screen or form of sign up unless the sign-up screen contains the entire additional information intended in the original post. Violation of this rule may result in membership suspension and/or termination.

Photo Credit

We understand the importance credibility and giving credit where credit is due.  Giving a photo credit (or image credit) is absolutely essential when using those all important photos that every blog post should include.  Whenever you upload an image to a tip, a Photo Credit field appears and is required.  If there are additional credits to be given for a photo (ei - floral design, stationery, styling, etc.), we advise that you provide that information concisely in the tip text area or supplementary hyperlink.

All Posts Are Subject to Review

While we do not review all material posted and are under no obligation to do so, we reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any postings, including those that are off-subject, not in English or that contain personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, impersonations, advertising or that violate the Newlybride.com’s Rules of Etiquette, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

English Language

All public postings are to be made in English.

Truthful and Accurate Information

Please only post content that is truthful, accurate and not misleading. You may not post material that impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content.

Personal Information

For the safety and privacy of Newlybride.com members, please do not post or solicit personal information such as private addresses, social security numbers, medical, financial, license plates, or any other private information about yourself and others. If you post a photo, or comment that includes the name or image of someone other than yourself, you must have permission of that person to post to this page. That includes permission of the parent or legal guardian of any child that may be included. In addition, when posting a photo, you must provide photo credit to the individual who created the original content.

No Obscene or Hateful Language

Due to the intention of this platform, Mezzohead Media does not allow obscene, hateful, profane, racist, discriminatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, offensive or otherwise objectionable language or material in any of our online forums. Further, you may not harass, insult, defame, libel, slander, stalk, abuse, threaten or invade the privacy of another person. You may not post content that disparages, criticizes, belittles, parodies or otherwise portrays in a negative light any person appearing in the content. We suggest you discontinue any conversation that makes you uncomfortable and report your concerns to us at support@newlybride.com.

No Solicitations or Advertisements

You may not post any content for commercial purposes (e.g. offering for sale any products or services). Such posts add to clutter and devalue conversations and tips. This includes advertisements for your business, solicitations for a charity, conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, solicitation of goods or services and/or spam. Further, you may not solicit funds, advertisers or sponsors. You may not promote a "pyramid" or similar scheme. Unfortunately, it is impossible to verify the validity of each and every organization that solicits donations; therefore, in an effort to protect Newlybride.com members from fraud, we must prohibit solicitations for charities as well.

No Illegal Activity

You may not suggest, encourage, advocate or promote illegal or violent activity. You may not use Newlybride.com to violate any law or conduct any activity that may be considered to violate any law. Mezzohead Media will assist law enforcement officials should they need information.

Personal Advice

Any advice or information provided on Newlybride.com is of a general nature. It cannot substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field. You should always check with an appropriate and/or licensed professional before relying on, taking or not taking action based upon the advice or information provided on Newlybride.com. Please keep in mind that members may claim expertise or status (legal, medical, etc.) that they do not, in fact, possess. Thoughtful discretion should be given to all advice found on the site.

Mezzohead Media respects others’ intellectual property rights and will respond will to allegations of copyright violations in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). The DMCA provides a process for a copyright owner to give notification to an online service provider concerning alleged copyright infringement. If you believe any material posted on the newlybride.com platform infringes a copyright, please contact us at support@newlybride.com. Repeat infringers' membership accounts will be subject to termination.
